Privacy Policy - loop
This privacy policy applies to the loop app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by II_Mobile (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects minimal information to function and to provide a better user experience. Information collection is divided into two types: information collected automatically by third-party services, and user content processed locally on your device.
1. Automatically Collected Information
When you download and use the Application, it may automatically collect certain information through third-party services (listed below). This information may include, but is not limited to:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
- Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)
- The pages or features of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on them
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
- Information about application crashes or performance issues
This aggregated, anonymized data is used to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service (e.g., for analytics and advertising purposes).
2. User Content (Processed Locally)
The Application's core function is to create animated GIFs from video files. To perform this function, the Application requires access to user-generated content. This includes:
- Videos: You may choose to provide a video from your device's gallery or record a new video using your device's camera.
- Text & Stickers: You may add text overlays or stickers to your content.
Crucially, all processing of your video files, text, and stickers happens exclusively on your mobile device. Your videos, and the resulting GIFs, are never uploaded, collected, stored, or "retained" by the Service Provider or any third party. The content remains on your device unless you choose to share it yourself.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
App Permissions Explained
To provide its features, the Application requests the following permissions:
- CAMERA (android.permission.CAMERA): Required to allow you to record a new video directly within the Application for conversion to a GIF.
- Read Storage (android.permission.READ_MEDIA_VIDEO / android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to allow you to select an existing video file from your device's gallery for conversion.

Write Storage (Saving Files): The Application saves the
final GIF file to your device's public "Pictures" directory
(using
Environment.getExternalStoragePublicDirectory) so you can easily access and share it. - Notifications (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to send you a local notification to inform you when your GIF has been successfully created and saved.
Third Party Access
The Application utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services have their own Privacy Policies regarding data handling.

The Service Provider may disclose Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of automatically collected information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain Automatically Collected Data (e.g., analytics and ad data) for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
User-Provided Content (such as your videos or text) is not "retained" by the Service Provider at all, as it is only processed locally on your device. Temporary files created during the editing process (e.g., in the app's cache directory) are overwritten by new sessions or can be cleared by the operating system.

Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (comesplomo@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect Automatically Collected Information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
